Good for the city. If the "long standing" community groups wanted to take the city to court, they could have done so under their own name(s).

well council has not followedstaffs silly idea
Everytime the city has to cover all the court costs for these cases, it increases the need for more taxes the year after.... which then pisses off the tax payers in this city. Who would then likely agree with the staff suggestion.
