bike (or run/walk/skateboard). Decrease in demand lowers the price of it.
Lower price means cheaper stuff.
Kind of a shame really when I see 1 person in each car. And, the cars lined up for miles on end in the morning. Only 5% of it being used to transport something, the rest to push the big piece of metal around.
Then many complain to the government for a saviour on the price of gas.
creators of our own misfortune?
The roads are clear. The snow is gone (I hope). Get on your ride in the morning and shake your bing bong! Save the world some dough.

I thought about something else...
everyone talks about - where the cheap gas is.
Hmmm... I don't look for cheap gas places all that much.
I look for cheap food.
So, I'll post my daily finds of cheap food such as:
chicken on sale
steak on sale
veggies on sale
etc...
gas, it reverberates under my seat from the cheap sale of food :)

You do realize of course that fresh strawberries and blackberries in Ottawa in March is due 100% to the enormous amount of cheap fuel used to haul it here from California (or Mexico or Chile - pick your import).
You'd be better off to support your local growers and eat local foods in season rather than continuing to support a minimum 3000 mile fruit/caesar salad. Buy local strawberries in June and freeze them for later use. They taste way better. If you don't support your local farmers now, they'll be gone and you'll be stuck paying WAY more for imported fruits and veggies when fuel prices really start to go up.
